Booking and Payment Terms

1.1 A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking. Until payment is received, the booking remains tentative and may be offered to another client. 1.2 Full payment must be made before equipment or services are provided. 1.3 Final edits and releases for live recordings, video projects, or any other post-production services will only be provided after full payment is received. 1.4 Quotes and invoices are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue. 1.5 Website package pricing is only an estimate and does not determine final costs. Final pricing is as per the issued quote or invoice.


2.1 Dry Hire Pickup & Drop-off:

  • Pickup: 10:00 AM
  • Drop-off: 1:00 PM
  • Late returns will incur a 5% charge per hour past the drop-off time. 2.2 The customer is liable for all damages to equipment, including damages caused by guests, event attendees, or third parties. 2.3 Only One Rock Audio staff are exempt from damage liability unless negligence is proven. 2.4 Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at their full replacement cost.

3.1.1 Sound equipment for ceremonies must be set up and tested at least one hour before the event. 3.1.2 Any damages to decorative structures or audio-visual equipment due to weather, guest interference, or third-party involvement will be charged to the client. 3.1.3 Wind and rain precautions for canopies and sound setups are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

3.2.1 Recordings are not stored indefinitely. Clients must download and backup their files immediately upon receiving them. 3.2.2 Loss of footage due to unforeseen technical errors or data corruption will not be compensated financially but may be re-recorded where feasible. 3.2.3 One Rock Audio is not liable for third-party interference (e.g., unauthorized persons tampering with equipment or blocking camera views).


4.1.1 While we take every precaution to ensure footage integrity, we do not guarantee against loss due to power failure, corruption, or accidental deletion. 4.1.2 Clients must provide their own backup storage if long-term retention is required.

4.2.1 If a client or guest causes damage to our cameras, microphones, or storage devices, they will be charged for repairs or replacements.

4.3.1 Any gear rented from third-party providers is subject to the rental company’s own terms, and the client assumes full liability for damage or loss.


5.1.1 Bands and artists using One Rock Audio’s gear must return it in working order. 5.1.2 Clients must specify power requirements and safety precautions in advance.

5.2.1 A sound check slot will be scheduled, and bands must be ready on time. 5.2.2 One Rock Audio is not responsible for delays caused by artist lateness.


6.1 Clients must provide detailed event schedules at least three days in advance. 6.2 Venue access for setup must be granted at least two hours before the event. 6.3 Damage liability remains with the client, except for staff-controlled technical issues. 6.4 If an event runs past its agreed time slot, an overtime charge will apply.


7.1 All studio session bookings require a 50% deposit. 7.2 Equipment is fragile – any misuse will result in repair costs being charged to the client. 7.3 Mixing & mastering are included in final costs only if pre-agreed. 7.4 Unused studio time is non-refundable.


8.1.1 The DJ must be provided with a stable power source and safe working conditions. 8.1.2 Music selections must be finalized at least 48 hours before the event. 8.1.3 Cancellations within 48 hours of an event will forfeit the deposit. 8.1.4 The client is responsible for keeping guests away from DJ equipment.

8.2.1 Projector and screen rentals must be returned in clean and undamaged condition. 8.2.2 If used outdoors, the client must ensure protection from wind and moisture.


9.1 One Rock Audio will not be liable for losses due to power outages, venue issues, or natural disasters. 9.2 Clients must comply with all local noise and event laws. 9.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are violated or safety is compromised.
